Ogilvy have teamed up with us at Campus Media to deliver their most cutting edge technology campaign to date for Wetherspoon Pubs and Lloyds Bars to promote Bacardi drinks. The campaign utilises online display, outdoor media and mobile technology in association with app developer Aurasma.

Utilising our network of over 500 brand agents, we have successfully planned and managed a national campaign taking the awareness of this campaign to across the country which includes:

  • 30 Fresher's Fairs
  • Deploying over 3,000 posters
  • Employing 100s of brand agents to wear the "W" branded clothing and communicate how to download and use the app, which offers students the opportunity to use augmented reality to download vouchers from any "W" they see.

Not only have we managed their Fresher Fair promotions, but have liaised with unions and halls of residences to purchase space and deploy posters, obtained permits to deliver media that explains the technology, and all of our brand agents have been trained to encourage their fellow students and friends to download the app.

Above and Beyond

Campus Media have also placed their campaign on 20,000 packs of playing cards to be distributed to London University Fresher students.

We have also employed chalk artists to add more creative to the campaign. This will be deployed next week but will follow this creative.
