We delivered this incredible event virtually again this year, making the event as inclusive and wide-reaching as possible.

Filmed from our event home, The IET, 2 Savoy Place, London and broadcast live to students and graduates across the UK & globe.

It was fantastic to hear from several STEM societies who were watching the event together from a lecture theatre at their universities.

What a line up!

Panel discussion: Our employer panel span several sectors: WSP, GSK, BP & Mott MacDonald. We had some great questions in for the employer panel. Check out the advice offered during this session.

This year’s employer insights sessions were packed full of application tips, overviews of office culture & employee community, as well as hearing first hand from candidates in placements & graduate roles and how that is starting to transform post the pandemic. Thank you to the 15 women that shared their time with us to deliver true insights at WSP, Mott MacDonald, bp, Capgemini & MBDA.

We experienced a technical glitch during GSK’s employer insights, but here it is to watch in full now.

Event partner – The Institute of Engineering & Technology (The IET) find out how you can get involved with the Young Woman Engineer of the Year Awards 2021/2022.
