During our live Youth panel discussion, we learned more about apprenticeship opportunities from Jay Bridges from Mott MacDonald and Eryn Blount from RS Components and why they chose this route into Engneering.
Whilst Byada Hamed & Slaviana Pavlovich highlighted the importance of work experience during their degree.
Later on in the event we heard more from Mott MacDonald, but this time from their graduates. Their careers & recruitment team delivered insights on the application process.
